摘 要:页岩油是未来非常规石油发展的重要资源,我国页岩油资源丰富,其中鄂南泾河油田延长组长7段发育一段良好的页岩油储层,该地层非均质性强、可钻性差,导致钻井工程中钻速慢、安全风险高。为此开展了井身结构、井壁失稳机理、水基钻井液体系和钻头类型等一系列的研究,形成了该地区优快钻井的关键技术,减少了钻井事故,提高了单只钻头进尺和机械钻速,实现了提速增效的目的,可为工区页岩油的安全、快速建井提供新的思路和方法。Shale oil is an important resource for the development of unconventional oil in the future, and China is rich in shale oil resources. Among them, there is a good shale oil reservoir developed in Section 7 of the Yanchang Formation of Jinghe oilfield in southern Hubei, which has strong heterogeneity and poor drillability, resulting in slow drilling rate and high safety risk in drilling engineering. To this end, a series of studies have been carried out on the wellbore structure, wellbore instability mechanism, waterbased drilling fluid system, and bit type, forming the key technologies for optimizing and fast drilling in the region, reducing drilling accidents, improving the footage of single bit and mechanical penetration rate, achieving the goal of speed and efficiency, and providing new ideas and methods for the safe and rapid construction of shale oil in the work area.
