摘　　要：在水利输水隧洞中,对混凝土的质量要求高,混凝土的强度及耐久性影响因素,除砂石及粉煤灰等原材料、配合比设计与优化外,还必须从模板制作与安装、初支断面复测与处理、衬砌钢筋制作与安装、止水带及预埋件的安装、混凝土运输及泵送入仓、振捣、拆模后养护等环节进行卡控。介绍了在云南省滇中引水工程大理Ⅰ段施工6标长育村隧洞进口边顶拱衬砌首件工程中,通过对以上这些衬砌混凝土浇筑施工前、中、后期的各环节质量进行管控,确保了该首件工程混凝土质量达标,对后续同类工程的边顶拱衬砌施工具有一定的指导意义。In the water conveyance tunnel, the requirements for the quality of concrete are high, and the factors affecting the strength and durability of concrete. In addition to the design and optimization of raw materials and mix proportion such as sand and fly ash,card control must also be carried out from the following aspects:formwork fabrication and installation, resurvey and treatment of the initial support section, lining reinforcement fabrication and installation, installation of waterstop and embedded parts, concrete transportation and pumping into warehouse, vibration, curing after formwork removal, etc. This paper introduces the first project of the side and top arch lining at the entrance of the Changyucun Tunnel in the 6th bid of Dali Section I of the Yunnan Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project. By controlling the quality of all links before, during and after the construction of the lining concrete, the concrete quality of the first project has reached the standard, which has certain guiding significance for the side and top arch lining construction of the subsequent similar projects.
