摘  要:110 kV六氟化硫断路器拒动会造成电网事故及人身事故,为避免此类故障的发生,分析一起户外110 kV六氟化硫断路器拒动故障,通过解体检查、试验分析,找到了故障的原因为轴销挡圈损坏脱落,导致灭弧室动侧活塞拉杆和支柱绝缘拉杆轴销处于半脱落状态,在多次分合断路器的过程中,最终轴销脱落,拉杆脱离,提出了优化改进措施,通过加装等电位片,使圆柱销与活塞拉杆、圆柱销与绝缘拉杆接头在孔中可靠接触,有效避免了类似故障的发生,为户外六氟化硫断路器类似故障提供了参考处理措施。Refusal operation of 110 kV sulfur hexafluoride(SF_(6))circuit breaker will cause power grid and personal accident.In order to avoid occurrence of such fault,the refusal operation of an outdoor 110 k V SF_(6)circuit breaker is is analyzed.Throughout disassembly inspection and test analysis,the cause,which is found,is that the shaft pin retainer ring has damaged and fallen off,causing the piston rod at the moving side of interrupter as well as the shaft pin of the support insulating rod to be at semi fall-off condition and,as a result,the shaft pin fell off and the rod separated during the multiple opening and closing operation of circuit breaker.The optimization and improvement measures are proposed.Such measures as adding equipotential sheet to keep the cylindrical pin and the piston rod,and the cylindrical pin and the joint of the insulation rod closely contact in the hole avoid effectively occurrence of the similar fault and provide reference treatment measures for the similar fault of outdoor SF_(6)circuit breaker.
