摘 要:通过蒸发溶剂法制备CeO_(2)·xH_(2)O@AO7@Ni^(2+)前驱体,在惰性气体中煅烧前驱体制备CeO_(2)@C@NiO材料,并以罗丹明B(RhB)为探针分子考察CeO_(2)@C@NiO的光催化活性.结果表明,CeO_(2)@C@0.01NiO对RhB的光催化降解效果最好.同时,利用XRD、PL、FT-IR、XPS等技术对样品结构性能进行表征,结果表明,较多碳键的形成有利于光电子和空穴分离;碳层具有优异的导电性,可降低CeO_(2)和NiO之间的电荷转移阻力,并提高催化剂对可见光的吸收;NiO可作为电子转移载体,有效抑制光生电子-空穴复合.In this study,CeO_(2)·xH_(2)O@AO7@Ni^(2+)precursor was prepared by an evaporation solvent method,and CeO_(2)@C@NiO was obtained by calcination of the precursor under inert atmosphere.Rhodamine B(RhB)was used as the probe molecule to investigate the photocatalytic activity of CeO_(2)@C@NiO and the results illustrated that CeO_(2)@C@0.01NiO performed the best photocatalytic efficiency.The obtained materials were characterized by XRD,PL,FT-IR,XPS,etc.,and the results showed that carbon bonds were conducive to the separation of photoelectron and hole.The carbon layer with an excellent electrical conductivity can reduce the charge transfer resistance between CeO_(2) and NiO and improve the absorption of visible light of the resulted sample.Moreover,NiO could be used as electron transfer carrier and could effectively inhibit the recombination of photogenerated electron-hole.
