摘 要:为探究水沙调控对库区水体溶解性有机质(DOM)的影响,以小浪底水库为研究对象,采用紫外-可见光谱技术及三维荧光光谱-平行因子法(EEMs-PARAFAC),分析了水沙调控前、中、后DOM的光谱参数、荧光强度及组分的差异,探讨了水体DOM的变化规律、来源及水沙调控对库区水质的影响.结果表明,水沙调控期间库区水体水温、电导率、溶解性总磷含量显著升高,调控期后逐步下降,水沙调控在一定程度上降低了水体中的氮磷比,有利于浮游植物对水体中营养盐的吸收.紫外-可见光谱特征参数显示,调控期a_(355)浓度和E_(253)/E_(203)升高,E_(2)/E_(3)和E_(3)/E_(4)降低,表明水沙调控增加了库区水体DOM的浓度、相对分子质量、腐殖化程度、苯环结构取代基上极性官能团含量;小浪底库区水体DOM共解析出4种荧光组分,分别为类腐殖质组分(C1和C2)、类蛋白组分(C3和C4),以类腐殖质为主(占总荧光强度的64.12%).调控期间C1和C2荧光强度显著升高,表明水沙调控大幅增加了水库DOM类腐殖质组分含量.相关性分析表明,C1组分和C2组分对DOM腐殖化程度有显著影响,且两组分具有同源性;C3组分对DOM自生源的贡献有显著影响,主要由内源产生;C4组分对DOM分子量有显著影响.本研究阐明了水体中DOM组分变化规律及水沙调控的影响,可为黄河水质的保护提供科学支撑.The fluorescence intensity,spectral parameters,and components of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in water-sediment regulation before,during,and after regulation were analyzed by UV-Vis spectroscopy and the three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy parallel factor method to explore the impact of water-sediment regulation on organic matter in Xiaolangdi Reservoir.The relationship between DOM and environmental factors,sources,and the impact of water-sediment regulation on water quality in the reservoir area was discussed.Results show that the water temperature,conductivity,and dissolved total phosphorus content of the reservoir water body increased significantly during the water-sediment regulation period and gradually decreased after the regulation period.The characteristic parameters of the UV-Vis spectrum showed that the concentration of a_(355) and E_(253)/E_(203) increased and that of E_(2)/E_(3) and E_(3)/E_(4) decreased during the regulation period,indicating increased the concentration,relative molecular weight,humification degree,the content of polar functional groups on benzene ring substituents.Four fluorescent DOM components are present in Xiaolangdi Reservoir,namely,humus-like components C1 and C2 and protein-like components C3 and C4,respectively.Among them,humus-like components account for 64.12%of the fluorescence intensity of the total components.During the regulation period,the fluorescence intensity of C1 and C2 increases significantly,which indicating increased content of DOM humus in the reservoir.Correlation analysis showed that the C1 and C2 components significantly affected the humification degree of DOM,and these two components were homologous.The C3 component significantly affected the contribution of the autochthonous source of DOM,which was mainly generated by endogenous sources.The C4 component had a significant effect on the molecular weight of DOM.This study clarifies the variation law of DOM components in water and the influence of water-sediment regulation to provide scientific suppor
