摘 要:[目的]分析50%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂、5%噻螨酮乳油、12.5%烯唑醇可湿性粉剂在枸杞上农药残留量情况,评估其残留量对人体的膳食摄入风险。[方法]建立3种农药氨基固相萃取柱净化、GC-MS/MS的测定方法,分析枸杞中农药最终残留量,估算农药摄入风险。[结果]氟啶虫酰胺、噻螨酮和烯唑醇在0.002~1 mg/L质量浓度范围内,相关系数大于0.999;3种农药在0.01、0.1、1.0 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,平均回收率为93.9%~106.2%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~6.9%,定量限为0.002~0.005 mg/kg。储藏稳定性试验结果表明:冷冻条件下储藏13个月,3种农药在枸杞鲜果、干果中均稳定。根据宁夏、新疆、青海、河北4地的枸杞鲜果及制干后样品中农药残留量数据,计算3种农药膳食摄入风险:氟啶虫酰胺为14.7%,噻螨酮为1.4%,烯唑醇为88.8%。[结论]检测方法准确性、精密度较高,3种农药在枸杞中有较长的稳定储藏期限,按照推荐剂量和方法规范用药,3种农药在枸杞中的残留摄入风险处于安全水平。[Aims]This study aims to analysis the pesticide residues of flonicamid 50%WG,hexythiazox 5%EC and diniconazole 12.5%WP on Lycium barbarum,and to evaluate the dietary intake risk of their residues.[Methods]The3 pesticides were extracted and purified by amino solid phase extraction column and determined by GC-MS/MS to analyze the final pesticide residues in L.barbarum and estimate the risk of pesticide ingestion.[Results]In the concentration range of 0.002-1 mg/L,the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999.The average recoveries were93.9%-106.2%,the relative standard deviations were 2.8%-6.9%,and the limits of quantitation were 0.002-0.005 mg/kg at 3 levels of 0.01,0.1 and 1.0 mg/kg.The results of storage stability test showed that the 3 pesticides were stable in fresh and dried L.barbarum after storage of 13 months in frozen condition.Basing on the data of pesticide residues in fresh and dried L.barbarum from Ningxia,Xinjiang,Qinghai and Hebei provinces,the dietary intake risk of flonicamid,hexythiazox and diniconazole were calculated as 14.7%,1.4%and 88.8%.[Conclusions]The detection method has high accuracy and precision.The 3 pesticides have a long and stable storage period in L.barbarum.According to the recommended dosage and method,the residual ingestion risk of the 3 pesticides in L.barbarum is at a safe level.
