摘  要:[目的]旨在揭示蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株YN917防治水稻稻瘟病的生防机制。[方法]通过孢子萌发试验、光学显微镜观察、碱性磷酸酶活性分析,研究菌株YN917对稻瘟病菌的拮抗机制。[结果]显微镜观察显示:菌株YN917对水稻稻瘟病菌孢子的萌发及菌丝生长具有显著的抑制作用,经处理12 h稻瘟病菌孢子萌发率下降66.0%;盆栽试验结果表明:菌株YN917发酵液处理组的水稻稻瘟病发病症状明显减轻,病情指数平均下降39.68,防治效果达65.61%~68.51%。[结论]蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株YN917对水稻稻瘟病具有较好的抑制作用且生防潜力较大。[Aims]This study aims to explore the biocontrol mechanism of Bacillus cereus YN917 to control rice blast.[Methods]The antagonistic mechanism of strain YN917 against M.oryzae was investigated by spore germination test,optical microscope observation and alkaline phosphatase activity analysis.[Results]The microscope observation showed that the strain YN917 could significantly inhibit the mycelium growth and conidium germination of M.oryzae,the conidial germination rate of M.oryzae decreased by 66.0%after 12 h.The pot experiment showed that the treatment with strain YN917 significantly reduced the incidence of rice blast,the disease index decreased by 39.68 on average,and enhanced the control effect to 65.61%-68.51%.[Conclusions]B.cereus YN917 has a good antagonistic effect on M.oryzae,and has great potential for biocontrol.
