摘  要:以井下连续采掘设备用电气控制柜为研究对象,针对其柜体的总体结构,结合主机电气原理图、主机接线图、主机做线图与电气工程师协同绘制电气控制柜的柜内布局图,并综合考虑防爆原理、防爆产品国家标准、防尘和防水等特殊要求,详细阐述了矿用电气控制柜的设计理念及设计过程,并证明了设计成品结构合理、适应井下恶劣环境,为主机电气系统的安全运行提供了重要保障,为同类防爆型、井下工况产品的电气控制柜设计提供参考。Taking the electrical control cabinet for underground continuous mining equipment as the research object,aiming at the overall structure of the cabinet,combined with the host electrical schematic diagram,host wiring diagram,the host do chart with electrical engineer drawing the rack layout diagram of electric control cabinet,and considering the explosion protection principle,explosion-proof product national standards,dustproof and waterproof,the design concept and design process of mine electrical control cabinet were described in detail,and it is proved that the design of finished products has reasonable structure,meets the adverse environment underground,provides an important guarantee for the safe operation of the main mechanical and electrical gas system,and provides a reference for the design of similar explosion-proof and working products of electrical control cabinet.
