摘　　要：为解决煤矿井下以电动机作为驱动装置的移动工程机械电缆收、放过程中存在电缆拖拽磨损、防爆要求严苛、集电滑环昂贵及安全性差等问题,并根据卷缆收、放工艺技术,开发了无滑环式卷缆装置,研究了卷缆装置的工作原理,设计了卷缆装置的传动系统、机械结构和液压控制系统,介绍了卷缆装置功能及特点。通过现场应用表明,无滑环式卷缆装置结构设计合理、可靠性高,提高了卷缆装置的安全性,充分发挥移动设备的作用,提高施工作业效率。In order to solve the problems of cable drag wear,strict explosion-proof requirements,expensive collector slip ring and poor safety in the process of cable retraction and release of mobile construction machinery with motor as the driving device in underground coal mine,and according to the roll-cable retraction and release technology,developed the slip-ring-free roll-cable device,studied the working principle of roll-cable device,designed the mechanical structure and hydraulic control system,transmission system of roll-cable,introduced the functions and characteristics of roll-cable device.Through the field application shows that the slip-ring-free roll-cable device is reasonable structure design and high reliability.The safety of the roll-cable device is increased,the role of mobile equipment is fully played,and the working efficiency is improved.
