摘　　要：为彻底解决采煤机水冷电机在使用过程中的变形问题,通过对可能导致变形问题的各因素进行分析,找出直接原因,制定更加合理有效的防范措施,避免造成使用过程中电机鼓包无法从采煤机上拆解下来,为设计和使用提供参考。In order to completely solve the deformation problem of shearer water-cooled motor in use,by analyzing various factors that may lead to deformation problem,found out the direct causes,and formulated more reasonable and effective preventive measures which avoids the failure of the motor bulge to be disassembled from the shearer during use.Provides reference for design and use.
