摘  要:以2K-H行星齿轮减速器为研究对象,探究电机与减速器不同联接方式对减速电机运行效果、轴向尺寸、零件总数的影响。利用SolidWorks建立键联接与一体式联接的行星齿轮减速电机模型,再使用ADAMS分别对2种联接方式建立虚拟样机,进行动力学分析,并对不同负载下2种联接方式的运行效果进行比较,验证了一体式联接方式并不会降低减速器运行效果;使用ANSYS进行有限元分析,验证不同联接方式对关键零部件强度的影响。结果表明,一体式联接方式在减少零件总数、缩短轴向距离、优化强度条件方面优于键联接方式,为电机、减速器高度一体化提供理论依据。Taking the 2K-H planetary gear reducer as the research object,explored the influence of different connection modes of motor and reducer on the operation effect,axial size and total number of parts.The motor models of key connection and integrated connection of planetary gear reduction motor were established by utilizing SolidWorks,and then established the virtual prototype of the two connection modes respectively by ADAMS to make dynamic analysis and a comparison of the operation effects between the two connection modes under different loads.It was verified that the integrated connection mode will not reduce the operation effect of the reducer.Then,finite element analysis was conducted by using ANSYS to verify the influence of different connection modes on the strength of key parts.The results show that the integrated connection is better than the key connection in reducing the total number of parts,shortening the axial distance and optimizing the strength conditions,which provides a theoretical basis for the highly integrated motor and reducer.
