摘 要:以某型掘进机液压系统为例,采用理论计算与软件仿真对比的方式对其液压系统管路布置进行分析及优化,结果显示,采用液压胶管+钢管方式装载运输回路压力损失较液压胶管方式降低约53%,油缸回路损失降低约5%,行走回路损失降低约57%。分析表明,采用液压胶管加钢管的布置方式能显著减少了系统压力损失,提升了效率。Taking the hydraulic system of a certain type of roadheader as an example,the pipeline layout of the hydraulic system was analyzed and optimized by comparing the theoretical calculation and software simulation.The results show that,compared with the hydraulic hose method,the pressure loss of loading conveying circuit for using hydraulic hose and steel pipe can be reduced by about 53%,the loss of the cylinder circuit is reduced by about 5%,and the loss of the walking circuit is reduced by about 57%.The analysis shows that the arrangement of hydraulic hose and steel pipe can significantly reduce the pressure loss of the system and improve the efficiency.
