摘　　要：矿用防爆车辆用液压系统有开式系统和闭式系统两大类型,开式液压系统的矿用防爆车辆是用液压油箱作为工具对液压系统进行散热,为了控制成本,一般不再增加散热器。液压油箱设计是否合理直接关系到液压系统散热问题,关系到液压系统性能和元部件的可靠性。整机设备上尽量增大液压油箱表面积进行液压系统散热,同时液压油箱表面散热时一定要考虑油箱周围机架覆盖件以及其他散热源的影响,尽量将液压油箱表面裸露在空气中,同时尽量将液压油箱远离整车上其他热源,最大限度地提高液压油箱表面的散热效果。There are two types of hydraulic systems used on mining explosion-proof vehicles:open system and closed system.Mining explosion-proof vehicles with open hydraulic system use hydraulic oil tank as a tool to dissipate heat from the hydraulic system.In order to control the cost,radiators are generally not added.Whether the design of hydraulic oil tank is reasonable or not is directly related to the heat dissipation of hydraulic system,the performance of hydraulic system and the reliability of components.The surface area of the hydraulic oil tank shall be increased as much as possible for the heat dissipation of the hydraulic system.At the same time,the influence of the frame covering around the oil tank and other heat dissipation sources must be considered when the surface of the hydraulic oil tank was dissipated.The surface of the hydraulic oil tank shall be exposed in the air as far as possible,and the hydraulic oil tank shall be kept away from other heat sources on the whole vehicle as far as possible to maximize the heat dissipation effect of the hydraulic oil tank surface.
