摘　　要：电液控换向阀是液压支架控制执行元件。随着井下使用时间的增加,阀体内壁会由于锈蚀等情况产生杂质堆积。处理内部堆积杂质问题,即提高产品清洁度是返修工艺的关键点。介绍了一种处理内部堆积杂质的清洗工艺,对提高电液控换向阀返修后的初检合格率、降低返修成本具有重要的指导意义。The electro-hydraulic control directional valve is the control actuator of the hydraulic support.With the increase of underground service time,the inner wall of the valve body will produce impurity accumulation due to corrosion and other conditions.The key point of the repair process is to deal with the problem of internal accumulation of impurities,that is,to improve the cleanliness of products.Introduced a cleaning process for treating internal accumulated impurities,which has important guiding significance for improving the qualified rate of initial inspection after repair of electro-hydraulic control directional valve and reducing the repair cost.
