摘  要:传统刮板输送设备选型中,由于缺乏精准的理论计算,通常选配较大容量的驱动部,造成资源浪费。为了降低生产成本,针对榆树井煤矿存在的高能耗问题,提出一种永磁变频一体机驱动的视频调速刮板输送机系统。对永磁电机进行有限元分析,把先进的永磁技术应用在刮板输送机变频驱动系统中,提高系统效率;结合视频AI技术,搭建智能调速模型,提高调节控制的精确度。在榆树井煤矿的试验表明,相比传统的刮板输送机能耗降低了约30%。In the selection of traditional scraper conveying equipment,due to the lack of accurate theoretical calculation,the driving part with large capacity is usually selected,resulting in a waste of resources.In order to reduce the production cost,aiming at the problem of high energy consumption in Yushujing coal mine,proposed a video speed regulation scraper conveyor system driven by permanent magnet frequency conversion integrated machine.The finite element analysis of permanent magnet motor was carried out,and the advanced permanent magnet technology was applied in the variable frequency drive system of scraper machine to improve the system efficiency.Combined with video AI technology,the intelligent speed regulation model was built to improve the accuracy of regulation control.The test in Yushujing coal mine show that the energy consumption was reduced by about 30%compared with the traditional scraper conveyor.
