摘 要:在梭式矿车刮板链卸煤运输过程中,带载启动阻力大,经常发生刮板链跳链、偏载、链道磨损严重的问题,利用离散元法研究梭车刮板输送机在卸煤过程中煤流颗粒运动的规律。经过与试验测试结果对比,仿真卸煤时间及实车卸煤试验时间偏差为11.47%,验证了仿真的正确性。仿真结果表明,卸煤过程中煤粒并不是整体移动,而是有一个滑移楔体。下层煤粒运输后,上层煤粒垮落后再被继续输送;煤粒运输过程存在一个极限物料高度,在此高度以下时,物料做整体平移运动,达到理想输送状态;重复多次仿真表明,整体运移的极限高度与物料粒度无关。仿真结果可为梭车料斗及刮板输送机的结构优化设计提供参考。During the coal unloading process of scraper chain of shuttle car,it has a large starting resistance under load,and the problems of scraper chain jumping,eccentric load and serious chain wear often occur.The discrete element method was used to study the law of coal particle movement in the process of unloading coal by scraper conveyor.Compared with the experimental test results,the deviation between the simulated coal unloading time and the actual coal unloading test time is 11.47%,which verifies the correctness of the simulation.The simulation results show that in the process of coal unloading,the material does not move as a whole,but has a sliding wedge body.After the lower layer material is transported,the upper layer material will continue to be transported after it collapses.There is a limit material height in the process of material transportation.When the material height is below this height,the material will make an overall transcurrent movement to reach the ideal conveying state.Repeated simulations show that the limit height of overall movement has nothing to do with the particle size of materials.The simulation results can guide the structural optimization design of shuttle car hopper and scraper conveyor.
