摘  要:液压油缸中缸体在生产中由中缸筒和中缸底组焊而成,通常认为底阀孔距离焊缝位置较远,在组焊后不会发生尺寸变形。通过在焊前和焊后对27SiMn材料φ160 mm缸径的中缸底阀孔尺寸进行测量,确定了该缸径中缸底阀孔处的尺寸变化情况,并通过改进工艺消除了该变化造成的影响。The middle cylinder body in the hydraulic cylinder is assembled and welded from the middle cylinder barrel and the bottom of the middle cylinder in production.It is generally considered that the bottom valve hole is far from the weld position,and there will be no dimensional deformation after assembly and welding.The size change of the valve hole at the bottom of the middle cylinder of the 27SiMn materialφ160 mm cylinder diameter was determined by measuring the size of the valve hole at the bottom of the middle cylinder,and the influence caused by the change was eliminated by improving the process.
