摘　　要：目前,在煤矿井下开采出来的煤块中经常含有大量的矸石等硬度较大的杂物,会出现对传动系统突然冲击的情况,易造成突然断链、减速器电机损坏等事故,给生产带来影响,研发一种减速器与限矩器在低速端集成的新型限矩型减速器,节约空间,具有良好的限矩效果及经济效益,维修方便,可极大地提高生产效率。There are often a lot of hard sundries such as gangue in the coal blocks mined out in underground coal mine,sudden impact on the transmission system occurs,which will cause sudden breaking of the chain,damage to the motor of the reducer,etc.,it is impact for production.Developed a new type of torque-limiting reducer which integrates the reducer and the torque limiter at the low speed end,saves space,has good torque-limiting effect and economic benefit,is easy to maintain and greatly improves the production efficiency.
