摘　　要：根据离心机的工作特点,阐述筛篮的2种成形方式及其脱水效果和使用寿命的主要区别。针对不同材质和结构参数的筛条,分析了材质和结构参数如何影响筛篮脱水效果和使用寿命。实践表明,改变筛条材质和结构参数对提高筛篮寿命影响较大,筛条结构参数对筛篮脱水效果有显著的影响。According to the working characteristics of the centrifuge,expounded the two forming methods of the screen basket and the main differences between them on the dehydration effect and service life.Aiming at the screen strips with different materials and structural parameters,analyzed how the materials and structural parameters affect the dehydration effect and service life of the screen basket.The practice shows that changing the material and structural parameters of the screen bar has a great impact on improving the service life of the screen basket,and the structural parameters of the screen bar have a significant impact on the dewatering effect of the screen basket.
