摘  要:针对急倾斜工作面采煤机非机载电控箱远距离变频配电干扰大、牵引负载分配不均衡的问题,自主研发适应60°急倾斜煤层的采煤机机载电控箱。该电控箱采用机载一拖一和能量回馈型的四象限运行交流变频调速系统,实现了急倾斜煤层下负载均载控制。该电控箱结构尺寸小、强度高,适应60°倾角煤层及复杂地质条件工况开采需求。通过现场工业性试验,运行状况良好,故障率低,成功解决了急倾斜采煤机非机载变频器开采的技术难题,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。Aiming at the problems of large interference of long-distance frequency conversion distribution and unbalanced distribution of traction load of shearer non-mounted electric control box on steeply inclined working face,the mounted electric control box of shearer adapted to 60°steeply inclined coal seam was independently researched and developed.The electric control box adopts mounted one tow one and four quadrant ac frequency conversion speed regulation system of energy feedback type,realizes load equal-load control under steeply inclined coal seam.The electric control box is small in size and high in strength,which is suitable for mining of coal seam with 60°dip angle and complicated geological conditions.Through field industrial test,the operation condition was good and the failure rate was low.It successfully solves the technical problem of mining with non-mounted frequency converter of steeply inclined shearer and has good economic and social benefits.
