摘  要:针对超大采高综采工作面煤壁稳定性差、易片帮的问题,分析了典型的多级护帮结构与动作特性;归纳多级护帮联动液压系统方案,建立具备泄液回收功能的新型多级护帮液压系统;设计研发了成套护帮联动控制液压产品,创新开发了交替双向锁和泄液回收双向锁,完成联动功能高效集成;研究了基于护帮监测技术的多级护帮自动控制技术,提出大采高工作面防片帮自动控制方案。超大采高液压支架多级护帮联动控制系统集合了机械结构、液压控制、状态监测、自动控制等相关技术,有力提升了超大采高工作面整体支护水平与效率。Aiming at the problems of poor coal wall stability and easy spalling in fully mechanized mining face with super mining height,the typical structure and action characteristics of multi-level side protection were analyzed.Summarised the multi-level side protection linkage hydraulic system scheme,established a new multi-stage nursing hydraulic system with leakage recovery function.Designed and developed a complete set of side protection linkage control hydraulic products,innovated alternate twoway locks and leakage recovery two-way lock,and completed the efficient integration of linkage functions.Researched the automatic control technology of multi-level side protection based on side protection monitoring technology,and proposed the automatic control scheme of side protection for large mining height working face.The multi-level side protection linkage control system of the super mining height hydraulic support integrates related technologies such as mechanical structure,hydraulic control,condition monitoring,automatic control,etc.,which effectively improves the overall support level and efficiency of the super-large mining height working face.
