摘 要:直井测斜仪在井下恶劣环境中流场特性复杂,尤其阀头部分容易发生冲蚀磨损。建立直井测斜仪阀头三维模型,并对其流场和冲蚀特性进行有限元仿真分析,其中阀头流场区域中间段作网格加密处理。结合现场工况参数,采用质量流量入口及压力出口来完成边界条件设置并求解。结果表明最大速度及最大湍流效应发生的位置在钻井液通过导流套的节流入口处,最大湍流速度为15.8 m/s。分析离散相模型的粒子运动轨迹,发现存在于阀头表面上方的粒子出现明显堆积与反弹现象,对阀头表面有一定的冲蚀效应。分析阀头表面所受到的静压力云图和剪应力云图,应力集中现象分别出现在阀头直接受钻井液冲击处和阀头流通钻井液的凹槽处。将求解结果与现场试验情况对比,验证了仿真的可行性及准确性。研究结果可解释直井测斜仪中阀头的失效现象,并为阀头的结构设计或优化提供依据。A vertical well inclinometer always works in hostile condition with complex flow field characteristics,and erosive wear are prone to appear on its valve head.There is little research related to the erosive wear.A three dimensional model of the valve head of the vertical well inclinometer was developed and finite element analysis based on this model were conducted to study the flow field characteristics and erosive wear.For the numerical model,the valve head was meshed with small size meshes to reach its high quality.In terms of the field parameters,mass flow and pressure outlet were used for the boundary conditions of inlet and outlet,respectively.Results show that the maximum velocity and the maximum turbulence effect occur at the throttling inlet of the guide sleeve,and the maximum turbulence velocity is 15.8 m/s.For the trajectory of a particle in the discrete phase model,it is found that accumulation and rebound phenomena appears on the valve head,which means erosive wear appears on the valve head.In terms of the static pressure and shear stress,stress concentration phenomenon occurs at the positions of drill fluid eroding the valve head and the drill fluid grooves on the valve head.By comparing the numerical results with the results of field test,it is shown that the two results are consistent.This investigation can be used to explain the failure of valve head of the vertical well inclinometer and provide the design and optimization of valve head with scientific supports.
