摘　　要：通过实地调查与查阅植物志等文献资料,对神农架野生食用植物资源进行统计分析,共发现可食用植物资源479种,其中蔷薇科、禾本科和豆科占总数的29.52%。总体上看,该地区植物地域特点明显,有一半以上为中国特有种,以陆生植物为主,其中蔬菜类居多,其次是肉质果、干果和茶饮料,该地区可食用植物具有极高的开发利用价值。Through field investigation and literature review,479 species of edible wild plant resources were found in Shennongjia,among which rose,gramineae and leguminosae accounted for 29.52%.In general,plants in this region have obvious regional characteristics,more than half of which are endemic to China,mainly terrestrial plants,among which vegetables are the majority,followed by fleshy fruits,dried fruits and tea drinks.Edible plants in this region have high development and utilization value.
