摘　　要：在军民融合发展战略驱动下,依托最新的国家标准大比例尺地形图资源,通过一定技术手段实现格式转换、数据改化和重点区域重点要素更新,满足军用地形图的快速应急保障,既适应军队改革的需要,也是提高国防测绘保障效率的有效途径。本文基于生产实践,梳理了国标和军标数据各自的特点和不同,并对这种生产模式中数据转换、数据改化和质量验收几个关键的技术环节进行探讨和分析,对促进军地资源整合、提高数据应用效率和实现军民深度融合发展具有重要意义。Driven by the military-civilian integration development strategy,relying on the latest national standard large-scale topographic map resources,through certain technical means,format conversion,data reformation and key elements update of key areas are realized to meet the rapid emergency support of military topographic maps,which is not only suitable for the needs of military reform,but also an effective way to improve the efficiency of national defense surveying and mapping support.Based on production practice,this paper sorts out the characteristics and differences of national standard data and military standard data,discusses and analyzes several key technical links of data conversion,data reformation and quality acceptance in this production mode also.It is of great significance for promoting the integration of military and civilian resources,improving the efficiency of data application,and realizing the deep integration of military and civilian development.
