摘 要:规划条件核实测绘与房产测量作为建设项目竣工阶段的两项主要测绘内容,其建筑面积计算分别有相应的计算标准。为了更好地整合联合测绘技术要求,有必要对建筑面积计算标准统一问题进行研究。本文详细阐明了规划条件核实测绘与房产测量建筑面积计算标准的差异,提出建筑面积标准统一的方案,为整合联合测绘技术标准提供了理论与技术参考。The planning condition verification surveying and mapping and house property survey are the two main surveying and mapping contents at the completion stage of the construction project,and the building area calculation has corresponding calculation standards.In order to better integrate the technical requirements of joint surveying and mapping,it is necessary to study the unified calculation standard of building area.This paper expounds the differences of the building area calculation standards between planning condition verification surveying and mapping and house property survey in detail,proposes a unified plan for the building area standard,and provides a theoretical and technical reference for the integration of the joint surveying and mapping technical standards.
