摘 要:全球对地观测数据广播系统(GEONETCast)是地球观测组织引领协调下的近实时全球环境信息分发系统。该系统借助通信卫星把从地面、航空和航天平台获取的观测数据、产品和服务传给用户。EUMETCast(EC)、GEONETCast America(GCA)、CMACast(CC)3个区域分系统通过国际多边合作在全球范围内实现对地观测数据的交换和信息共享,播发品涵盖大气、海洋、气候、生态等多领域环境数据。文章对3个区域分系统的播发组成、播发流程和播发内容进行梳理概括,从用户的角度明晰了GCA全球对地观测的信息服务特点。GEONETCast is a near real-time global environmental information delivery system coordinated by the Group on Earth Observations,which transmits the observations,products and services obtained fromtheground,aeronautical and space platformsto users through communication satellites.Three regional subsystems,EUMETCast(EC),GEONETCast America(GCA)and CMACast(CC),realizes the global earth observations exchanging and information sharing based on multilateral international cooperation,andthe broadcast content coversthe environmentdata ina number of areas such as atmospheric,oceanic,climatic and ecological fields.This paper summarizesthe broadcast composition,broadcast process and broadcast content of the three regional subsystems,and clarifies the characteristics of GCA global earth observation information services from the perspective of users.
