摘  要:针对珠江口某稠油油藏面临储层浅、疏松砂岩、高泥质等开采难题,本文通过射孔优化设计、工艺研究等方法,得到孔密、孔径、相位等射孔参数与表皮系数及压降评价指标的关系,优选出产能高、压降低的射孔参数,形成与稠油油藏开采相配套的射孔技术和工艺。通过现场应用,取得良好效果。Aiming at the exploitation problems of shallow layer,loose sandstone and high argillaceous condition in a heavy oil reservoir in the Pearl River Mouth,this paper obtains the relationship between perforation parameters such as pore density,pore size and phase and skin factor and pressure drop evaluation index by perforation optimization design and process research,selects the optimal perforation parameters with high production capacity and pressure reduction,and forms a perforation technology and process that is compatible with the exploitation of heavy oil reservoir.Good results are achieved through field application.
