摘　　要：随近年来,实验教学一直是工科教学中必不可少的组成部分,对培养学生的动手能力,思考能力,创新与发散思维具有重要的作用。针对目前实验教学中很难与实际相结合的问题,提出一种采血试管管理储存系统设计实验。实验设计从实际应用角度出发,结合现有的单片机和管理系统技术分析了设计的可行性,明确了设计原则与目标。然后将采血试管存储管理系统的设计分为试管箱的设计和管理系统的设计,试管箱的设计从STM32单片机程序设计、电路模块选择和连接、模型设计三个方面展开;管理系统的设计从Node.js服务器的搭建和部署以及客户端界面的设计分别进行了讨论。学生通过该实验可以提高实践和创新应用能力。In recent years,experimental teaching has always been an indispensable part of engineering teaching.It has an important role in cultivating students’practical ability,thinking ability,innovation and divergent thinking.Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to integrate with reality in current teaching experiments,a design experiment of blood sampling test tube management and storage system is proposed in combination with reality.From the perspective of practical application,the experimental design analyzes the feasibility of the design in combination with the existing single-chip and management system technology,and clarifies the design principles and goals.Then the design of the blood sampling test tube storage management system is divided into the design of the test tube box and the design of the management system.The design of the test tube box is carried out from the three aspects of STM32 microcontroller program design,circuit module selection and connection,and model design.The establishment and deployment of Node.js server and the design of client interface were discussed separately.Students can improve their practical and innovative application ability through the experiment.
