摘　　要：分析了教学质量评价体系的研究历史及目前国内高校实验教学质量评价体系中存在的问题。以同济大学为例,从成立专职管理机构及实验教学督导队伍、建立实验教学信息系统、制定评价标准及相关激励政策措施等方面,介绍了同济大学近年来在实验教学质量管理方面的经验,结合实施过程总结了该项工作的效果,并就实验教学质量监控和评价工作的进一步发展进行了展望。This paper analyzes both the research history and the problems existing in the evaluation system of experimental teaching quality in domestic colleges and universities.Taking Tongji University as an example,it introduced the experience in quality management of experimental teaching of Tongji University in recent years from the perspectives of the establishment of a professional management organization and an experimental teaching supervision team,the construction of the experimental teaching information system and the development of evaluation criteria and related incentives as well.Considering the implementation process,the effect of this work is also summarized and the further development of quality control and evaluation of experimental teaching is prospected.
