摘　　要：随着我国高等教育及科技创新的发展,高校科研实验室安全问题日益复杂。作为科学实验的中坚力量,研究生的安全意识高低直接影响高校科研实验室能否安全运行。实验室研究生安全意识受到团队成员(人)、实验室环境(物)及管理体系(事)诸多因素的影响,通过团队成员共同努力、规范仪器设备和药品试剂的管理及完善实验室管理体系,不断强化研究生安全意识,促进高校科研实验室安全高效运行。With the development of higher education and technological innovation in China,the safety problems of scientific research laboratories in universities are becoming more and more complicated.As the backbone of scientific experiments,the safety consciousness of graduate students directly affects the safe operation of scientific research laboratories in universities.The safety consciousness of laboratory graduate students is affected by many factors such as team members(people),laboratory environment(materials)and management system(things).Through the joint efforts of team members,standardizing the management of instruments,equipment and reagents and improving the laboratory management system,the safety consciousness of graduate students is continuously strengthened,which promote the safe and efficient operation of scientific research laboratories in universities.
