对基层指挥员森林灭火行动的思考

摘　　要：在森林灭火中,基层指挥员是非常重要的角色。但是,从当前的实际灭火情况能够看出,基层指挥员还有一些问题和不足。比如,认知不准确、知识掌握不全面,在处理一些重大事故灾害时心理素质不强等,这会导致在具体工作上存在着较大的压力,影响工作的开展。分析了基层指挥员指挥能力的现状,及其在森林灭火行动中存在的问题,总结了森林灭火行动的影响因素,提出提升基层指挥员灭火救援能力的对策,希望为相关工作提供参考。In forest firefighting, the grassroots commander is a very important role. However, from the current actual firefighting situation can be seen,the grass-roots commanders still have some problems and shortcomings. For example, inaccurate cognition, knowledge is not comprehensive, in dealing with some major accidents and disasters when the psychological quality is not strong, which can lead to the existence of greater pressure on the specific work, affecting the work of the development. Analyze the current situation of the command ability of the grass-roots commanders and their problems in forest firefighting operations, summarize the factors affecting forest firefighting operations, and propose countermeasures to improve the firefighting and rescue ability of grass-roots commanders, hoping to provide reference for related work.
