摘　　要：基层消防救援队伍是保障人民群众生命财产安全的重要力量,自2018年改制以来,在“全灾种、大应急”的背景下,应急管理部消防救援局一直强调要重视基层消防救援人员的灭火救援能力。现探讨基层消防救援人员灭火救援能力的提升策略,以期为基层消防救援队伍提升灭火救援能力提供参考。The grassroots fire rescue team is an important force to protect people's lives and properties,and since the restructuring in 2018,the Fire and Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Emergency Management has been empha-sizing the importance of firefighting and rescue capabilities of grassroots fire rescue personnel in the context of"full disaster and big emergency".Now we discuss the improvement strategy of firefighting and rescue ability of grass-roots fire rescue personnel,in order to provide reference for grass-roots fire rescue teams to improve their firefighting and rescue ability.
