摘　　要：为了实现“碳达峰”、“碳中和”的目标,环保气体绝缘开关柜的市场需求量在日益增加。介绍了一种12 kV环保气体绝缘开关柜,通过采用一种洁净气体(干燥空气或氮气)代替六氟化硫(SF6)作为绝缘介质,搭配真空断路器实现开关设备的灭弧与绝缘。通过优化产品结构,统一三工位开关和断路器组合方式,实现中压气体绝缘开关柜结构的更加合理性和电气绝缘系统的优化效果,该产品为减少环境污染,早日实现“碳中和”目标提供了助力。Under the circumstance of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutrality”,the demand for environmental-friendly gas insulated switchgears in the market is rising.The paper introduces a 12 kV environmental-friendly gas insulated switchgear which uses a kind of clean gas(dry air or Nitrogen gas)to replace SF6 as the insulating medium to realize its arc quenching and insulation with the help of the vacuum circuit breaker.The optimization of product structure and the union of combing three position switches with circuit breakers make the medium-voltage gas-insulated switchgear structure more reasonable and electrical insulation system better.This product is good for reducing environmental pollution and realizing the goal of“carbon neutrality”at an early date.
