摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,严重影响患者的生活质量。针灸治疗本病由于疗效确切、适应复杂症状和简便易行,不仅深受患者喜爱,也越来越多地受到行业内的广泛关注。辨体质-辨病-辨证“三位一体”辨证模式(简称三辨诊疗模式)是一种综合诊疗模式,三者各有侧重又相互联系,很好地体现了中医思维多元性和治疗个体性的特征,在临床实践中应用效果良好。本研究从三辨诊疗模式出发,探讨其在针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变中的指导作用,辨体质是辨病、辨证的基础,辨病是明辨病机的重要环节,辨证是决定选穴施针的关键,临床应综合应用以提高疗效、既病防变。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is one of the most common complications of diabetes,seriously impairing the patients’quality of life.Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for the disease is not only welcomed by patients,but also attracts more and more attention due to its precise curative effect,adaptation to complex symptoms,and simplicity.Constitution differentiation-disease differentiation-pattern differentiation is a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment model,which is short for three-differentiation mode.The three have their own emphasis while connect with one another.It epitomizes the diversity of TCM thinking and the individuality of TCM treatment,which has good effects in clinical practice.This study discussed the guiding role of‘three-differentiations’theory in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of DPN.Constitution differentiation is the basic of disease differentiation and pattern differentiation.Disease differentiation is an important part in identifying the pathogenesis.Pattern differentiation is the key to choose acupoints and acupuncture technique.They should be comprehensively applied in clinical practice to improve curative effect and prevent degeneration.
