摘　　要：本文通过对湖南长沙“4·29”居民自建房倒塌事故被困人员救援情况进行研究,分析总结了存在问题和经验教训,从而针对此类倒塌事故救援中如何准确定位被困人员、如何快速搭建救生通道、如何全程确保救援安全等工作,提出相关对策和建议。Based on the research on the rescue of the trapped people in the"4·29"collapse accident of self built houses in Changsha,Hunan Province,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems and lessons learned,so as to put forward suggestions and countermeasures on how to accurately locate the trapped people in the rescue of such collapse accidents,how to quickly build a life-saving channel,and how to ensure the rescue action safety in the whole response process.
