国际应急救援体系对我国应急医疗救援力量建设的启示

摘　　要：联合国人道主义框架下的医学救援力量和美国的国家灾害医疗系统均为应对复杂、突发大型灾难事件提供完善的应急医疗救援服务,通过对二者的建设架构、管理模式和特点展开系统剖析,为我国应急医疗救援体系的完善和下一步建设重点提供参考建议。Both the medical rescue force under the humanitarian framework of the United Nations and the National Disaster Medical System of the United States provide perfected emergency medical rescue services capable to deal with complex and sudden large-scale disasters.Through the systematic analysis of their development structure,management mode and characteristics,this paper provides reference suggestions for the improvement of China’s emergency medical rescue system and the next step of development.
