区域国别学视域下的国际区域治理

摘　　要：区域国别学是一门交叉学科,国际区域问题在区域国别学中占据重要的地位,国际区域治理是其重要的组成部分。国际区域治理理论和实践所要回答的基本问题是为什么需要治理、治理什么和如何治理。新的国际区域治理的基础是平等参与、合作共利,治理需要区域认同与合作共识。国际区域治理具有独立的职能,也是全球治理的一个有机组成部分。Country and Area Studies is an interdisciplinary subject.International regional issues play an important role in Country and Area Studies,in which the study of regional governance is an important part.The basic questions to be answered by the theory and practice of international regional governance are why,what,and how to govern.The new international regional governance is based on equal participation,cooperation,and mutual benefit.Governance requires regional identification and cooperation consensus.International regional governance has independent functions and is also an integral part of global governance.
