摘　　要：为研究云南省道路运输行业安全生产特征及战略对策,本文以2011-2018年云南省境内道路运输安全生产事故为分析对象,研究了安全生产的阶段性和区域性规律,并从厘清安全生产法律法规、安全生产监督权责清单建立、隐患排查治理及风险管理等6个方面研究了制度性规律。研究结果可为交通运输安全生产监督管理提供有力的理论依据和技术支撑。In order to study the periodic,regional,institutional characteristics and countermeasures of safety production in road transportation industry of Yunnan,this paper researched periodic,regional characteristics of safety production by regarding the road transportation accidents in Yunnan from 2011 to 2018 as analysis objects,and also researched institutional characteristics of safety production from six aspects,such as clarifying the laws and regulations,establishing the list of rights and responsibilities,hidden danger investigation and governance and risk management.The research results can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the safety production supervision and management of transportation management.
