摘　　要：医院项目具备重要性和复杂性的特点,而医院造价的准确预测在医院造价管理中具备重要意义。本文通过对21个医院项目可行性研究文本和竣工决算报告的分析,结合本体论的思想,建立了医院项目本体和医院造价本体两大本体,分别描述医院项目属性和医院造价构成。在基础本体建立后,通过系统应用评价和领域专家评价两大方式对本体进行优化。两大本体的构建有利于增加对医院工程造价管理的了解,支持进一步构建造价预测模型,并开展医院造价管理工作。Hospital projects have the characteristics of importance and complexity,and accurate prediction of hospital costs is of great significance in hospital cost management.Based on the analysis of the feasibility study text and final account report of 21 hospital projects,combined with the idea of ontology,this paper establishes two ontologies of hospital project ontology and hospital cost ontology,which describe the hospital project attribute and hospital cost composition respectively.After the establishment of the basic ontology,the ontology is optimized through system application evaluation and domain expert evaluation.The construction of the two ontologies is conducive to increasing the understanding of hospital project cost management,supporting the further construction of cost prediction models,and carrying out hospital cost management.
