摘　　要：本文以大型建筑央企三级子公司S公司新型机械化隧道架子队模式为调研对象,以新制度经济学相关原理为基础,结合在相关项目调研的第一手资料,分析其内在经济学基础和实际经济效果,为领导决策、企业改革和产业发展提供借鉴。This paper takes the new mechanized tunnel shelving model of S company,a third-level subsidiary of a large-scale construction enterprise of the central government,as the research object,based on the relevant principles of the new institutional economics,and combined with the primary source of the relevant projects,this paper analyzes its internal economic basis and actual economic effect,and provides reference for leadership decision-making,Enterprise Reform and industrial development.
