摘  要:新建铁路大体积承台施工时处于当地最为炎热的时节,为了避免砼承台产生温差裂缝,通过对温差产生裂缝的理论成因进行分析和承台砼热工分析,依据结果,针对性采取埋设水冷却管、调整配合比、优化施工工艺等系列技术措施,成功避免了承台大体积砼产生裂缝。The construction of the mass bearing platform of the newly built railway is in the hottest season in the local area.In order to avoid the temperature difference cracks in the concrete bearing platform,through the analysis of the theoretical causes of the cracks caused by the temperature difference and the thermal analysis of the bearing platform concrete,according to the results,a series of technical measures such as embedding water cooling pipes,adjusting the mix ratio,optimizing the construction process,etc.have been taken to successfully avoid the cracks in the mass concrete of the bearing platform.
