摘  要:近年来随着我国云、贵、川地区高速公路快速建设,而隧道工程比重往往占到总工程的80%以上,在该地区隧道施工中经常遇到穿越煤系地层情况。而我国在怎样安全快速地通过煤系地层方面的研究较晚,这方面的施工很多借鉴煤矿相关技术。但与煤矿相比,公路瓦斯隧道又有自己的特征:地质条件多变、勘查资料准确度低,开挖断面大等,瓦斯隧道爆破开挖时常伴有碰撞、坍塌等容易产生火花,进而引发瓦斯燃烧、瓦斯爆炸和瓦斯窒息等,严重影响施工安全,本文重点研究瓦斯隧道钻爆法安全开挖关键技术与控制要点,可为类似瓦斯隧道的钻爆法安全开挖提供参考。In recent years,with the rapid construction of expressways in Yunnan-Guizhou and Sichuan regions in China,the proportion of tunnel projects often accounts for more than 80%of the total project.Tunnel construction in this region often encounters the situation of crossing coal measures strata.However,China's research on how to safely and quickly pass through the coal measures is relatively late,and many of the construction in this area refer to the relevant technologies of coal mines.However,compared with coal mine,highway gas tunnel has its own characteristics:variable geological conditions,low accuracy of exploration data,large excavation section,etc.,gas tunnel blasting excavation is often accompanied by collision,collapse,etc.,which is easy to produce sparks,and then lead to gas combustion,gas explosion,gas suffocation,etc.,which seriously affects the construction safety.This paper focuses on the key technology and control points of safe excavation of gas tunnel drilling and blasting method,which can provide reference for safe excavation of similar gas tunnel by drilling and blasting method.
