摘  要:针对目前设计中普遍采用的悬臂盖梁,其中一些通用设计图对施工过程考虑欠妥,为保障施工安全,详细分析计算了部分悬臂盖梁的上部T梁加载和预应力张拉顺序对悬臂根部应力大小的影响,讨论了梁板冲击系数取值。同时通过计算分析来优化悬臂端预应力张拉顺序与上部加载的关系。得出悬臂盖梁应采用由边至中间的顺序安装,同时减少预应力张拉的梯级数量并在上部加载中适当增加张拉次数可以有效减小悬臂根部应力峰值,有利于施工中结构安全。Aiming at the cantilever bent cap commonly used in the current design,some general design drawings do not consider the construction process properly.In order to ensure the construction safety,the influence of the loading sequence of the upper T-beam of some cantilever bent caps on the stress at the cantilever root is analyzed and calculated in detail.At the same time,the relationship between the prestressed tensioning sequence at the cantilever end and the upper loading is optimized through calculation and analysis.It is concluded that the cantilever should adopt the order from side to middle,reduce the number of steps of prestressed tensioning,and appropriately increase the tensioning times in the upper loading can effectively reduce the peak stress at the root of the cantilever,which is conducive to the safety of the structure in construction.
