摘 要:减压塔是常减压装置的关键设备,在正常生产中,无法直观地判断减压塔填料腐蚀情况。一旦出现塔分离效果变差,产品质量不合格,通常填料层腐蚀已相当严重,存在停工检修风险。为了快速评估减压塔填料腐蚀情况,在不影响正常生产前提下,采用γ射线扫查对填料层腐蚀情况进行评估,一方面为工艺调整、延长填料使用寿命创造条件,同时也为停工检修提供依据,本文简单介绍该技术的基本原理、技术特点及减压塔填料腐蚀评估的实际应用情况。The vacuum tower is the key equipment of the atmospheric and vacuum unit.In normal production,it is impossible to visually judge the corrosion of the vacuum tower packing.Once the tower separation effect becomes poor and the product quality is unqualified,usually the packing layer has been seriously corroded,and there is a risk of shutdown and maintenance.In order to quickly evaluate the corrosion of the packing in the vacuum tower,theγ-ray scanning is used to evaluate the corrosion of the packing layer.On the one hand,it creates conditions for process adjustment and prolonging the service life of the packing,and also provides a basis for shutdown and maintenance.This paper briefly introduces the basic principle and technical characteristics of this technology and the actual application of the corrosion evaluation of the packing in the vacuum tower.
