摘 要:通过某型民用客机飞行测试,获取该型飞机机舱内振动环境,将测得的加速度进行频率计权处理,进而求得表征不同位置及同一位置不同飞行状态下的整体振动大小。选取滑跑飞行状态,对比驾驶舱、客舱前排、客舱中排、客舱后排的座椅面z轴方向(垂向)和座椅靠背处x轴方向的振动情况。以前排座椅表面z轴方向为例,对比不同飞行状态下的振动情况。结果表明:在不同位置下测得的座椅表面z轴方向振动加速度的频率分布及对应幅值具有较大差异,最大频率成分对应的幅值不同;在不同飞行状态下,同一位置处的振动水平差异也较大。In this paper,the vibration environment in the cabin of a civil aircraft is obtained through the flight test.The measured acceleration is weighted at frequency,so as to obtain the overall vibration magnitude characterizing different positions and different flight states in the same position.First,select the glide flight status and compare the vibration of the z-axis direction(vertical direction)of the seat surface and the x-axis direction of the seat back in the cockpit,the front row of the cabin,the middle row of the cabin and the rear row of the cabin.Second,the z-axis direction of the front row seat surface is used as an example to compare the vibrations in different flight states.The results show that the frequency distribution and corresponding amplitude in the z-axis direction of the seat surface measured at different positions are quite different.The amplitude corresponding to the maximum frequency component is different.In different flight states,the vibration level at the same location also varies greatly.
