摘 要:作为材料试验机的一项重要指标,同轴度关系到材料力学试验结果的准确性。目前,根据ASTM标准,采用贴3层应变片的试验机同轴度测量仪来检测材料试验机同轴度的测量方法得到了广泛关注。本文通过对同轴度各检测方法异同的分析,着重介绍了应变式试验机同轴度检测方法,并对误差控制、溯源方法等作了一定的思考,以提升对试验机同轴度检测方法的认识,更好地满足试验机同轴度的检测需求。As an important index of material testing machine,the coaxiality of material testing machine is related to the accuracy of material mechanical test results.At present,according to ASTM standards,the method for measuring the coaxiality of material testing machines by using the testing machine coaxiality measuring instrument with three layers of strain gauges has been widely concerned.Based on the analysis of the similarities and differences of the detection methods for coaxiality,this paper mainly introduces the detection methods for coaxiality of strain testing machine,and gives some consideration on error control and traceability methods,so as to improve the understanding of the detection methods for coaxiality of testing machines and better meet the testing requirements for coaxiality of testing machines.
