摘 要:针对微流传感器小型化、高灵敏度的性能要求,利用微扰理论,提出了一种基于圆形基片集成波导(CSIW)加载开口圆环的增强型微流传感器。传感器加载开口圆环后,工作频率从3 GHz降到1.6 GHz,相对频率偏移量增加54%。建立了传感器的等效电路模型并根据简化电路模型解释了微流检测的工作原理。实验结果表明:设计的传感器对乙醇溶液的测量误差小于3%,对葡萄糖浓度的测量误差小于6 mg/mL,在微流检测领域具有很好的应用前景。Aiming at the requirements of miniaturization and high sensitivity of microfluidic sensors,an enhanced microfluidic sensor based on circular substrate integrated waveguide(CSIW)loaded an open-ended circle was proposed by perturbation theory.When the sensor was loaded an open-ended circle,the operating frequency was reduced from 3 GHz to 1.6 GHz,and the relative frequency offset of the sensor is increased by 54%.An equivalent circuit model of the sensor was developed,and the operating principle of microfluidic detection was explained based on the simplified circuit model.The experiment results show that the measurement error is less than 3%for ethanol solution,and that of glucose concentration is less than 6 mg/mL,Which have good application prospects in the field of microfluidic sensor.
