摘 要:为了研究探头扰流对高精度多声道超声流量计测量结果影响的机理,基于计算流体力学数值仿真技术对超声波流量计内部三维流场进行仿真,并对探头附近流场进行分析。提出了一种用8个面的平均速度替代声道位置平均速度的数据提取方法,适用于扰流对测量结果影响的定量分析。对比未带扰流和带有扰流的仿真模型,结果表明:探头处的扰流对积分结果带来的最大误差为0.60%。用K系数修正消除系统误差后,得到因探头扰流引起的最大积分误差为0.16%。In order to study the mechanism of the influence of probe turbulence on the measurement results of high-precision multi-channel ultrasonic flowmeter,the three-dimensional flow field inside the ultrasonic flowmeter was simulated based on computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation technology,and the flow field near the probe was analyzed.A data extraction method was proposed,in which the average velocity of eight planes was used to replace the average velocity on the channel position,which was suitable for the quantitative analysis of the influence of turbulence on the measurement results.Comparing the simulation models with and without turbulence,the results show that the maximum error of the turbulence at the probe to the integration result is 0.60%.When the system error is eliminated by K coefficient correction,the maximum integral error caused by probe turbulence is 0.16%.
