摘 要:接触网工作状态的实时在线感知可通过监测各个锚段,特别是各锚段终端补偿装置与杵环杆关键参数而实现。文中研制了一种接触网锚段终端关键参数实时监测装置,通过传感器获取线索张力和补偿装置b值,利用无线通信模组传输监测数据至云端进行存储、统计和分析,能够监测接触线或承力索断线和棘轮卡滞等故障,并能实现故障预警。该装置已运用于杭深高铁线路,实时在线监测锚段内线索张力和补偿装置b值的变化趋势,实现了接触网状态实时感知,并为接触网的运营状态评估和检修提供重要依据。The real-time online perception of catenary operation state can be realized by monitoring each anchor segment,especially the key parameters of the compensation device and the ball-end eye-end rod at the end of each anchor segment.A real-time monitoring device for key parameters of catenary anchor segment terminal was developed.It obtained the wire tension and the b-value of the compensation device through sensors,and used the wireless communication module to transmit the monitoring data to the cloud for storage,statistics and analysis.The device monitored contact wire or messenger wire break fault as well as ratchet clamping stagnation fault and provided fault warning.The monitoring device has been applied to the Hangzhou-Shenzhen high-speed railway to monitor trends of wire tension and the b-value of the compensation device in the anchor segment in real time.It realizes the real-time perception of catenary status,and provides an important basis for the operation status evaluation and maintenance of catenary.
