摘　　要：目的分析成人依恋对手机依赖的影响。方法采用简单随机抽样法,对288名在校大学生进行手机依赖指数量表(MPAI)及成人依恋量表(AAS)的测量。结果①39.9%(155/288)的调查对象属于手机依赖者,不同依恋类型的手机依赖得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中安全型依恋者手机依赖程度最低,恐惧型依恋者手机依赖程度最高;②依恋焦虑及依恋回避与手机依赖程度相关(r=0.44、0.21,P均<0.05),性别通过依恋回避影响手机依赖的过程,其中男性的依恋回避程度高,其手机依赖程度也高。结论大学生手机依赖程度既受依恋关系的影响,也与性别有关,可以针对不同性别群体制定针对性的干预策略。Objective To analyze the impact of adult attachment on mobile phone addiction,.Methods By using a simple random sampling approach,288 college students were surveyed with mobile phone addiction index(MPAI)and adult attachment scale(AAS).Results①39.9%(155/288)of the students in the survey were mobile phone addicted.Different styles of adult attachment varied significantly in MPAI(P<0.05),with secure attachment scoring the lowest,and fearful attachment the highest.②Either the anxious or avoidant attachment style was significantly correlated with the degree of mobile phone addiction(P<0.05).Moderating effect analysis showed that gender played a moderating role in the impact of attachment avoidance on mobile phone addiction.For male students,higher degree of attachment avoidance was associated more with mobile phone addiction.Conclusion Our study shows that the degree of mobile phone addiction among college students is affected by attachment style and meanwhile is relatde to gender.Specific intervention strategies can thus be developed according to gender groups.
